On 20 March 2009, Thandanani Childrens Foundation (TCF) will hold their 20 Year Anniversary Celebration and Star Awards Lunch. While recognition of the work of the TCF volunteers is still a key focus, this year will see the event expand to celebrate TCF’s 20th year and thank key players in the life of TCF through the introduction of the Star Awards. The Star Awards recognise people who have made a significant and lasting impact on TCF.

The lunch will welcome Miss Bongi Zengele, Programmes Director of UJamaa Centre and Co-ordinator of Solidarity Programme for People Living With HIV and AIDS (PWHA's) School of Religion and Theology, University of Kwa-Zulu Natal as our guest speaker. She will be speaking on the topic "Creating Stars - in ourselves our families and our communities"
